Komunalno zemljište
Zemljište kojim raspolaže lokalna uprava. Lokalna uprava može, ali ne mora biti formalni vlasnik zemljišta. U nekim slučajevima država može biti formalni vlasnik takvog zemljišta.
engl. Communal land - Land over which a community has rights or access to. The community may or may not have legally recognized ownership over the land. In some cases for instance the State may be considered the owner.
