Zoniranje je mehanizam prostornog planiranja i gospodarenja zemljištem koji se koristi kao pomoć pri donošenju odluka. Zoniranje se temelji na načinu korištenja zemljišta, a ne na pravima koja se na njemu ostvaruju.
