Uređenje
Uređenje se može definirati kao skup tradicija i institucija kojima se u državi ostvaruje autoritet. To uključuje proces kojim se odabire, nadzire i mijenja vlada; sposobnost vlade da učinkovito oblikuje i provodi zdravu politiku; i poštovanje građana i države prema institucijama koje brinu o ekonomskim i socijalnim pitanjima (Kaufmann i dr., 2002).
engl. Governance - We define governance as the traditions and institutions by which authority in a country is exercised. This includes (i) the process by which governments are selected, monitored and replaced; (ii) the capacity of the government to effectively formulate and implement sound policies; and (iii) the respect of citizens and the state for the institutions that govern economic and social interactions among them (Kaufmann et al., 2002)
