Field work was carried out on the island of Hvar from 15th to 20th of June 2015. Participants were divided into four working groups, each dealing with one of the four tasks foreseen in the workshop programme. Two working groups have been involved in the survey of part of Stari Grad Plain using different methods. The idea was to perform survey by drone (UAV) testing different drone hights and resolutions. The same area was measured by GNSS. One group dealt with the survey and 3D mapping of Grapčeva cave, while the remaining group carried out the survey of objects by handheld GNSS units at several locations in the center of the Stari Grad. Coordination meetings were organised on a daily basis.
