Upisan
Za potrebe LGAF-a, pojam "upisan" podrazumijeva nedvosmislen upis podatka o pravima na zemljištu kroz sustav upravljanja zemljištem pri čemu taj podatak u pravilu nije sporan. Pojam "upisan" ne mora nužno značiti da je izdana konačna isprava ili naslov.

Registered - In applying the LGAF, the term „registered‟ means that the rights are recorded unambiguously in the land administration system and there are generally few disputes over the recorded information. The term „registered‟ does not necessarily mean that the final certificate or title has been issued.
